St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church in Frederiksted was built in 1848 to meet the rising expectation of emancipation among the slaves. Built from locally cut stone, the west entry façade has lancet doors and windows and Neo-Classical paired entry columns. It is an interesting blend of Gothic Revival and Spanish Mission. |
