On the Christiansted Waterfront, sailing ships docked to unload goods from Europe and North America. Once they unloaded their supplies, they left laden with sugar and rum. Currently, the Christiansted waterfront has a lovely boardwalk for strolling, boating activities and some of St. Croix's best shopping and dining.
